THE UNIVERSITY

‘Atenisi University was established in August 1975 by a special resolution of the Institute Board of Governors. The university first made available two-year programs, Associate of Arts (A.A.) and Associate of Science (A.S.). Then the four-year Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) program was added in 1980.

Postgraduate studies were instituted in 1991 with the Master of Arts (M.A.), and the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program started in 1996.
